New Invaders

Early detection of newly arrived invasive species, followed by a well-coordinated rapid response, will increase the likelihood of eradication or containment of new invasions and is the most cost-effective means for controlling invasive species. The following plant species have limited populations or have not yet established in the TNRD, but are close to our borders. These plants are extremely invasive, and are a top priority in our management programs.
